Unnikale Oru Kadha Parayam (1987) is a poignant Malayalam drama directed by Kamal and written by John Paul, based on a story by Kamal. The film follows Aby, a compassionate orphan who dedicates his life to caring for other orphaned children on the streets. Together, they form a close-knit family, sustaining themselves by performing street acts and relying on Aby’s unwavering guidance and love.
