Kaaryasthan is a 2010 Malayalam-language action-comedy film directed by Thomson K. Thomas and written by Udaykrishna-Sibi K. Thomas. The story revolves around Krishnanunni, played by Dileep, who sets out to resolve the rivalry between two feuding families, the Kizhakkedathu and the Puthezhathu, in the village of Krishnapuram. The conflict originated years ago due to a tragic misunderstanding and escalated with family members living in separate compounds and building up literal and figurative walls between themselves.
