“Bad Boyz” is a Malayalam action comedy film that follows the life of Antappan and his friends, who are wannabe goons living in Kochi and part of a local arts and sports club. Their daily lives revolve around petty fights and goonda antics, but things take a turn when Antappan gets entangled in a serious conflict involving a notorious criminal named Vettukadu Belson.

As Antappan accidentally attacks Belson, who falls into a coma, rival gangsters declare Antappan their leader, thrusting him into the dangerous underworld he never intended to join.
